Philosophy
After working alongside nearly 1,000 founder-led companies, I've learned that sustainable growth isn't built by making hundreds of great decisions. It's built by creating systems that consistently make the next right one.
Tactics create activity. Connected systems create repeatable outcomes.
A strategy has no commercial value until it changes priorities, behavior, and action.
Completion is not the goal. Work must improve revenue, acquisition, efficiency, adoption, or another defined business outcome.
AI should remove friction, preserve judgment, and help talented people work faster and more consistently.
A company can scale when successful decisions and actions become dependable operating systems.
Why Now?
I have spent my career operating from multiple sides of growth — founder leadership, enterprise technology, commercialization, media, customer acquisition, AI, and systems design. Your Awesome Team gave me the opportunity to work directly with approximately 960 founder-led companies and observe recurring growth constraints across a very large sample of businesses.
That experience sharpened what I want to do next.
I am looking for an executive or senior leadership role where I can go deeper with one ambitious organization—aligning strategy, people, technology, AI, execution, and commercial growth around measurable outcomes.
This is not a departure from entrepreneurship. It is the logical next application of everything entrepreneurship and enterprise leadership have taught me.
Proof
Roughly 80 new companies per quarter, with growth ramping over time.
Across enterprise storage, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity modernization.
Peak monthly revenue, not recurring or average. Built and led an organization approaching 100 professionals across sales, production, marketing, and acquisition.
Standardized outbound infrastructure engaging targeted prospects at scale.
Internationally published creator-owned science-fiction property.
Through programming, audience monetization, and donor-focused offer development.
Those outcomes came from four capabilities developed across one career.
The System
