By accessing or using the Awesome Team app, website, and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Awesome Team provides business analysis, growth-strategy guidance, customer-acquisition tools, outreach and campaign management, and related marketing services. The specific Services you receive depend on the product or subscription you purchase. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
When you purchase a product or subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors, including RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Shopify) to charge the payment method on file for the full amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes.
Pricing and product offerings may change at any time. The price in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
All sales are final. Unless required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for one-time purchases, subscription payments, or any other charges. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If a refund is required by applicable law (for example, under a statutory right of withdrawal that applies to a one-time purchase), you must contact us at support@awesometeam.com within the timeframe required by that law.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or weekly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until cancellation.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not refund the current or any prior billing period. You retain access to the subscription Services through the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel, use the cancellation option in your app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play), within the Awesome Team app, or by contacting us at support@awesometeam.com.
One-time purchases (such as a Target Customer List, Customer Acquisition Kit, or Real Customer Acquisition Test) are charged once and do not renew. The no-refund policy in Section 5 applies to all one-time purchases.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the Services by others. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to access them through unauthorized means, or use them to send unsolicited communications.
All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Awesome Team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Awesome Team provides analysis, recommendations, and execution support based on the information available to us. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, lead volume, or return on investment from the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awesome Team and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Awesome Team harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, email providers, advertising platforms, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third parties, and their own terms may apply to your use of them.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including the no-refund and limitation-of-liability sections.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
